We are seeking an Audio Transcriptionist to accurately convert spoken English audio files into written text. You'll be responsible for transcribing podcast episodes, interviews, webinars, and meeting recordings with proper formatting, punctuation, and speaker labeling. This is a remote, flexible role — ideal for detail-oriented individuals with strong listening and typing skills.

• Listen carefully to English-language audio files and transcribe them into text
• Edit for grammar, clarity, and readability without changing meaning
• Identify speakers (if required) and add timestamps where instructed
• Format transcripts based on specific style guides (e.g., clean verbatim or full verbatim)
• Proofread and review before submission
• Deliver files in Google Docs, Word, or platform-specific templates

• 📍 Location: Must reside in Germany with access to a quiet workspace and internet
• 🎧 Listening Skills: Excellent English comprehension, including various accents
• ⌨️ Typing Speed: Minimum 50 words per minute (WPM) with high accuracy
• 💼 Tools: Familiar with Google Docs, Express Scribe, Otter.ai (optional), or transcription platforms
• 🧠 Detail-Oriented: Able to catch unclear audio sections and use proper punctuation
• 🕘 Delivery Time: Can complete 30–60 min audio within 24–72 hours, depending on length
