We are hiring a Dropshipping Order Manager to oversee the processing and coordination of customer orders placed through our online store. You will be responsible for placing orders with suppliers (e.g., via AliExpress, CJ Dropshipping), tracking shipments, resolving order issues, and ensuring timely delivery to customers. This is a fully remote position, ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and previous experience in dropshipping or e-commerce fulfillment.

• Manually or automatically place customer orders with dropshipping suppliers
• Ensure correct product, shipping address, and shipping method are selected
• Track orders and update order status in backend system
• Handle delayed, missing, or incorrect shipments by contacting suppliers
• Process refunds, replacements, or returns when required
• Communicate with customer service team on order-related inquiries
• Maintain accurate order records and daily order report logs

• 📍 Location: Must live in Germany with access to stable internet
• 📦 Experience: Familiar with AliExpress, CJ Dropshipping, Zendrop, or similar platforms
• 💬 Language: Good written English; German is a bonus
• 🧠 Attention to Detail: Accuracy in placing and checking orders is critical
• 💼 Tools: Experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, Google Sheets, tracking tools (e.g., 17track)
• 🕘 Availability: Daily availability preferred (Mon–Fri), even if just 1–2 hours/day
