We are looking for a proactive and organized Influencer Outreach Assistant to support our marketing team in identifying, contacting, and coordinating with influencers for brand partnerships and campaigns. This remote role is ideal for someone who enjoys social media, understands influencer culture, and can communicate professionally. You will help build and maintain influencer databases, send outreach messages, and assist with follow-ups and reporting.
🎯Key Responsibilities
Research and shortlist relevant influencers (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
Draft and send outreach emails or DMs based on templates
Track communication status and update CRM or spreadsheets
Assist in negotiating basic collaboration terms (rate, deliverables, deadlines)
Coordinate sample/product shipments or content timelines
Prepare simple weekly reports on outreach performance

📱 Social Media Knowledge: Familiar with influencer platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)

🧠 Communication: Clear, professional, and friendly writing style
🕘 Work Schedule: Part-time with flexible daily check-ins (1–3 hours/day)
