We are hiring a Lead Generation Specialist to identify, collect, and qualify potential customer leads for our marketing or sales teams. You will research targeted industries, find relevant contacts, and compile lead lists using defined criteria. This is a remote, part-time role ideal for someone with strong research skills, attention to detail, and basic knowledge of CRM or sales workflows.

🎯Key Responsibilities
  • Research companies or individuals based on target criteria (industry, location, role, etc.)
  • Gather lead data such as name, company, email, LinkedIn, website, or phone number
  • Qualify leads based on relevance and potential fit
  • Organize and deliver leads in spreadsheets or CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc.)
  • Monitor lead sources such as LinkedIn, Google, Clutch, business directories, etc.
  • Collaborate with outreach teams to align on quality and volume goals
Requirements (Key Points)
  • 📍 Location: Must live in Germany with reliable internet
  • 💬 Language: Strong written English; German is a plus (for DE/AT/CH markets)
  • 🔍 Research Skills: Ability to find verified contact details using online tools and logic
  • 💼 Tools: Familiar with LinkedIn, Google Sheets, Apollo.io, Hunter.io, or similar lead tools
  • 🧠 Detail-Oriented: Able to clean, format, and deduplicate data accurately
  • 🕘 Availability: Minimum 10–15 hours/week (task-based or hourly)
