We are hiring a dedicated Online Tutor to provide 1-on-1 or small group lessons in English or German via Zoom, Google Meet, or tutoring platforms. You'll help students improve their speaking, grammar, writing, or exam skills in a structured and supportive environment. This is a remote, flexible teaching role ideal for teachers, students, or native speakers who enjoy language education.

• Conduct engaging online lessons for beginner to intermediate learners
• Create or follow lesson plans tailored to student needs (conversation, grammar, test prep, etc.)
• Provide feedback, correction, and encouragement throughout sessions
• Assign light homework or practice exercises (optional)
• Track student progress and adjust lesson content accordingly
• Maintain a friendly, patient, and professional teaching environment

• 📍 Location: Must live in Germany with reliable internet and quiet teaching space
• 🗣 Language: Fluent/native in either English or German (or both); clear pronunciation required
• 🧑‍🏫 Teaching Skills: Confident in explaining grammar, vocabulary, and sentence structure
• 💻 Tech Tools: Familiar with Zoom, Google Meet, or online whiteboard tools
• 📚 Background: Prior teaching or tutoring experience is a plus but not required
• 🕘 Availability: Minimum 5–10 hours/week, flexible scheduling (evenings/weekends preferred)
