We are looking for a Shopify Store Support Specialist to help manage and maintain our online store, assist with product uploads, troubleshoot basic store issues, and provide day-to-day operational support. This role is ideal for someone with experience using Shopify and a strong attention to detail. 🎯Key Responsibilities
Upload and update products (titles, descriptions, pricing, images, variants)
Assist with theme edits, homepage banners, and store layout updates (no coding required)
Monitor orders and alert the team of fulfillment or payment issues
Help install or configure basic Shopify apps (reviews, popups, currency switchers, etc.)
Report store issues (bugs, image problems, broken links) to dev team
Provide light customer service support if needed (via chat or email)

🛒 Platform Knowledge: Experience with Shopify admin panel is required
