We are looking for a TikTok Content Reviewer to watch, evaluate, and tag short-form video content based on specific criteria such as relevance, quality, brand suitability, or guideline compliance. Your role is to help our team filter user-submitted or curated TikTok videos for marketing, reposting, or internal use. This is a remote, entry-level position suitable for individuals who are familiar with TikTok trends, have good visual judgment, and can work independently.

• Watch TikTok videos and evaluate them based on provided checklists
• Tag content by category (e.g., humor, educational, fashion, finance, etc.)
• Flag any inappropriate, low-quality, or off-brand videos
• Approve or reject videos for repost or campaign use
• Track performance of reviewed content (likes, shares, engagement)
• Submit short summaries or feedback for selected clips

• 📍 Location: Must currently reside in Germany with reliable internet
• 📱 Platform Knowledge: Active familiarity with TikTok's format, trends, and tone
• 🧠 Judgment: Able to assess visual/audio content for brand fit and compliance
• 💬 Language: Basic English for task guidelines; German is a bonus
• 🕘 Work Schedule: Flexible, with a minimum of 1–2 hours/day or batch-based review
• 💼 Tools: Able to use Google Sheets, Trello, or similar tracking platforms
